Tom Woodley

Tom Woodley – MTPI Assoc. RICS

Director

Having started his career in residential property management 20 years ago, Tom has predominantly been based in Bournemouth, whilst working in and around London and the home counties. Tom has held Directorship positions at national and industry leading companies for more than 10 years. With an extensive knowledge of the property industry, Tom co-founded Woodley & Associates with David Woodley in 2019.

In recent years, Tom has acted as a speaker for RICS and has been invited to meetings held at The House of Commons on Leasehold Reform, at which he contributed to the debate. He is a Member to The Property Institute and Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Amelia Roberts

Amelia Roberts

Executive Assistant to Tom Woodley MTPI Assoc. RICS

Amelia joined Woodley & Associates in Autum 2023 as Property Management Administrator and was later promoted to her new role as Executive Assistant to the Director of Woodley & Associates in the new year.

Amelia has a previous background as an Executive Assistant and has also worked in the Property Industry within the Poole and Bournemouth area. She brings a keen eye for detail and a hands-on approach to her role as Executive Assistant. Renowned for her organisational skills and positive attitude, Amelia is dedicated to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations and delivers essential administrative support.

With a passion property and a dedicated focus on customer service, Amelia utilises her background to enhance client satisfaction and streamline administrative processes.

Tom Woodley

Simon Martin – ATPI

Operations Manager

Simon started his career as a Junior Building Surveyor, before moving onto Project Management for a local building contractor. Just prior to the 2008 financial crises, which hit the construction industry hard, Simon moved into residential property management with a long establish property management company.

Starting out as an Assistant Property Management in 2007, Simon gained qualifications and experience as a Property Manager and Senior Property Manager up to 2019 where he moved into the Operational side of the business becoming Director of Operations where he oversaw major system installations, company merger and successfully navigated the company through the Covid pandemic. In 2023, Simon left the industry to pursue his own personal ambitions and has now since returned to the industry he knows best.

Tom Woodley

Glenda Sampson – MTPI

Head of Property Management

Glenda began her career in a family-run property business with three offices across the Bournemouth and Poole area. Over 12 years, she gained valuable experience in property management, as well as managing the business’ accounts.

In 2018 Glenda discovered her interest in leasehold block management, starting as an Executive Administrator in the property management department. Drawing on her extensive background in the property sector, she is qualified as a Member of The Property Institute (MTPI) and is now preparing to study towards membership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Claire Dryer

Claire Dryer – AATQB

Accounts Manager

With over 20 years successful management experience within the customer service industry, Claire has developed excellent communication and people skills. Claire has been a qualified Accounts Technician for 10 years and has a high degree of passion for puzzle solving and flawless attention to detail.

Claire now forms an integral part of the Woodley & Associates Team by assisting with the running of the day to day accounts procedures along with the Maintenance of accounting records – making these available to leaseholders and independent auditors as required.
