We are specialists in managing the maintenance and structure of your building(s), communal areas, grounds and facilities such as lifts and entrance gates. We also have a comprehensive knowledge of leasehold property law to assist in the management of your site, including the Landlord & Tenant Act and Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act.

We visit our sites at least on a quarterly basis, in order to carry out a full site inspection, and more regularly when required. We are always on hand when you need us the most. Out of hours we take all incoming calls and, under agreed procedures, determine whether any reported issue is deemed an emergency, while ensuring the asset we manage is protected from material damage, and residents and visitors from any health and safety issues.
