Report a defect to the maintenance team

Woodley & Associates arrange an independent service for new homeowners via Maintenance Desk. If this service applies to your new home you will have received a letter from the team at Maintenance Desk upon completion of your new home. Defects can be reported via this service and then managed by the dedicated team. It is easy to report a defect directly to the Maintenance Desk via the below contact form or alternatively by including pictures of the defect to: aftersales@maintenancedesk.co.uk.

  • Structure (normally referring to settlement cracks) – major structural works covered under NHBC
  • Flooring
  • Sanitary Wear
  • Windows
  • Heating
  • Ventilation / AC Units
  • Plumbing
  • Electrics
  • Boilers (Gas or Electrical)
  • Snagging Issues i.e. decorative, carpets, internal doors etc.
